Sally Mercer has become a monthly columnist in the Lichfield Mercury. The “On the Farm” column aims to give locals an idea of farming life, with the daily challenges faced by Packington Poultry and Packington Pork as well as Mercer Farming and to give an insight into some of the major events happening today which influence farming and how we get our food to the table.
