After meeting whilst studying Agriculture, Robert Mercer and George Finch founded the umbrella company Medium Rare which supplies Packington Pork, Packington Poultry, Bretby Lamb, and Staffordshire Beef to a rapidly expanding customer base throughout the UK.

- All animals are slaughtered in as stress-free an environment as is possible. Local slaughter houses are used to minimise unnecessary discomfort and keep food miles to a minimum.
